Railways to remind you of fundamental duties

Come Tuesday and train passengers will get to brush up on their knowledge of the Constitution. Under instructions from the Railway Board, South Eastern Railway (SER) will be distributing pamphlets to 1,000 passengers daily, apart from displaying banners and posters dedicated to the Preamble of the Constitution.
