Drink-driving cases on VIP Rd, Sec V exceed Kol’s

The number of people caught driving drunk on VIP Road and at Chinar Park and Sector V far exceeded the figure in entire Kolkata on the intervening night of December 31 and January 1 with cops from the Bidhannagar commissionerate booking 317 motorists and bikers. In Kolkata, 188 were booked on the night of revelry.
