Kol: 10k arrivals from China not in home isolation

More than 10,000 passengers who have reached Kolkata from China in the past two weeks have been allowed to leave the airport only after a thermal screening and filling up a self-reporting form about their personal and recent travel details. None of the passengers that TOI spoke to said they had been advised “home isolation” for 14 days — one of the most “stressed” points in an 8-point advisory issued by the Union health ministry on January 30.
