'Kol susceptible to nCoV for at least next 2 wks'

The ordinary cough and cold should now be taken seriously since Kolkata will remain susceptible to the novel coronavirus for at least the next two weeks, warned experts. With around 10,000 having either returned to the city or passed through it — without screening and have neither been identified nor quarantined — from the affected zones over the last two weeks, chances of the virus being transmitted will persist, they said.
