Kolkata: FIR filed over obscene WhatsApp message

A Garia Park resident on Thursday moved the cyber cell of Kolkata Police stating that a WhatsApp group member had forwarded an “obscene content depicting a sexual act that goes against the decorum and taste of an online group”.
