'Hosps must help shift patients to Covid units'

Health establishments that do not have Covid treatment facilities cannot leave suspected coronavirus patients to fend for themselves but have to arrange for ambulances to shift them to the right facilities. If they can’t do so, they have to contact the state health department or Kolkata Municipal Corporation to get an ambulance and seek directions on where to refer the patients.
