Plasma trial at Kol hosp shows ‘promising’ results

The randomised controlled trial (RCT) on plasma therapy in treating Covid-19 patients in Bengal has thrown up encouraging results. According to an interim report on the trial taking place at the Beliaghata ID Hospital, patients who received plasma had better treatment outcomes than those who did not.
